Win a playhouse worth £5,000 with Wallgarden

As a celebration of our attendance at the 2018 RHS Chelsea Flower Show we are offering the chance to win a bespoke playhouse worth £5,000 by Wallgarden. This beautiful playhouse has been created in the style of potting shed inspired by the old buildings found in traditional kitchen gardens.
To be in with a chance of winning, all you need to do is complete the following entry form when you purchase a packet of our edible wildflower seeds, explaining in less than 30 words why you would like to win the playhouse. Entries will be independently judged on the most apt and original answer.
The closing date for entries is midnight on 31st May 2018 and the winner will be announced on Friday 8th June 2018.

2. The competition
2.1 The title of the competition is "Win a playhouse worth £5,000 with Wallgarden".
2.2 Win a playhouse worth £5,000 with Wallgarden by:
a) purchasing a packet of Wallgarden edible wildflower seed mix from either or a participating retailer.
b) entering the competition online by submitting the online entry form provided on and answering the following question "please tell us why you would like to win the playhouse" in no more than 30 words.
c) if the packet of Wallgarden edible wildflower seed mix has been purchased from a participating retailer rather than online from please attach a photograph or scanned copy of your receipt as proof of purchase when submitting your online entry form.
3. How to enter
3.1 The competition will run from 9am on 19th January 2018 (the "Opening Date") to midnight on 31st May 2018 (the "Closing Date") inclusive.
3.2 All competition entries must be received by the Promoter by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
3.3 To enter the competition:
a) enter the competition online by submitting the online entry form provided on by the Closing Date;
b) if the packet of Wallgarden edible wildflower seed mix has been purchased from a participating retailer rather than online from please upload a photograph or scanned copy of your receipt as proof of purchase when submitting your online entry form.
3.4 There is no charge to register for use of the website.
3.5 The promoter will not accept:
a) responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or
b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.
3.6 By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.9 The competition entries will be judged by an independent judge based on the most apt and original answer to the question. The decision of the judge (acting reasonably) will be final.
3.10 The Promoter will send the full name of the judge to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date of the competition requesting details of the judge and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address set out in condition1.
4.1 The competition is only open to all residents in the UK mainland (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over, except:
a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
c) members of the immediate families or households of a) and b) above.
4.2 In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.
4.3 The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
a) automatically generated by computer;
b) completed by third parties or in bulk;
c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;
d) not originals; or
4.4 There is a limit of one entry to the competition per household. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize and the competition.
4.6 Competition entries cannot be returned.
5. The Prize
5.1 The prize is a playhouse worth £5,000.00 as shown and advertised at and only 1 playhouse is available to be won.
5.2 The prize is provided by the Promoter.
5.3 Free delivery of the playhouse is to the UK mainland only (excluding Northern Ireland) and to the kerbside, driveway or front garden of the winner's residential address. Areas outside of the UK mainland may incur a delivery charge. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
5.4 For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include any installation, landscaping works, groundworks, ground preparation requirements or access requirements which may be required depending on the winner's preferred location of the playhouse at their residential address.
5.5 Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out at condition 5.3 and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
5.6 You will be responsible for ensuring that delivery of the playhouse can be made on the delivery date agreed in writing with the Promoter.
5.7 Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
5.8 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
5.9 The prize is not negotiable or transferable or exchangeable.
5.10 No alterations can be made to the specification or design of the prize.
5.11 The internal and external accessories are for representation and scale purposes only and are the stylists own, they are excluded from the prize.
5.12 Please note the approximate overall external dimensions of the playhouse are 2.3m wide by 1.5m deep (excluding the window boxes which are 120mm deep) by 2m tall.
6. Winner announcement and claiming the prize
6.1 The winner of the competition will be announced on on Friday 8th June 2018 (Announcement Date).
6.2 The decision of the judge nominated by the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.3 The Promoter will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the telephone number or email address provided with the competition entry.
6.4. In order to claim the prize you must:
a) within 14 days of the Announcement Date, have agreed a delivery date for the prize with the Promoter, such delivery date being not more than 30 days after the Announcement Date; and
b) have made all necessary access requirements to allow delivery of the prize on the agreed delivery date to your residential property.
6.5 The name and county of the winner can be viewed on from the Announcement Date for a period of 30 days.
7. Claiming the prize
7.1 If you are the winner of the prize, you will have 14 days from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by:
a) within 14 days of the Announcement Date, agreeing a delivery date for the prize with the Promoter, such delivery date not being more than 30 days after the Announcement Date; and
b) having made all necessary access arrangements, installation arrangements, landscaping works, groundworks and ground preparation requirements to allow delivery of the prize on the agreed date to your residential property.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within 14 days of the Announcement Date, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before the Closing Date.
7.4 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
8. Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The Promoter further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to you or any other person's computer or any other electronic device relating to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in connection with the competition.
9. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights
9.1 All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned.
9.2 By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to:
a) assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and
b) waive all moral rights,
in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.
9.3 You agree that the Promoter may, but is not required to, make your entry available on its website and any other media, whether now known or invented in the future, and in connection with any publicity of the competition. You agree to grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable licence, for the full period of any intellectual property rights in the competition entry and any accompanying materials, to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format and sub-licence the competition entry and any accompanying materials for such purposes.
10. Data protection and publicity
10.1 If you are the winner of the competition, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this competition and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
10.2 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter.
10.3 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
11.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
11.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize and competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
11.3 If the Promoter's obligations under these terms and conditions are delayed by an event outside of their control then the Promoter will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and they will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided the Promoter does this they will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact the Promoter to be released from these terms and conditions.
11.4 These terms and conditions shall be governed by English Law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
