Materials: The materials used in our construction processes are reclaimed or sourced to order depending on your chosen design. All of our new materials are sustainably sourced, full details can be provided on request.

Site: We will advise on the best base materials on which to site your playhouse depending on your location, and can supply this as appropriate.

Guarantees: We offer a 1 year construction guarantee for our playhouses with regard to any defects, material guarantees will depend on the nature of construction and your chosen design. 

All of our interior finishes are chosen with longevity in mind however given the nature of our playhouses we cannot provide a guarantee on interior decoration as this will be subject to normal wear and tear.

Other guarantees will depend on the materials chosen as part of your design (for example thatched roofing materials will naturally weather and change colour, as will external timber finishes when exposed to the elements).

Interiors: Our playhouses can be supplied furnished or unfurnished. All of our interior finishes are chosen with longevity in mind and meet recommended standards however given the intention of the playhouses we cannot provide a guarantee on interior decoration as this will be subject to normal wear and tear.

Maintenance: We will advise on maintenance requirements at the time of order.

Postage and delivery of smaller items

Please contact us for a delivery estimate on any of our bespoke items.

Our UK Mainland and other delivery costs are dependent on the nature of the item being sent. Our seed products are sent Royal Mail standard delivery unless otherwise requested. We offer international postage, please contact us for further details.

Our chosen delivery partner will be chosen to best meet your needs depending on the item being sent and your location. For furniture items and accessories, your item will be tracked and our delivery partner will contact you regarding delivery of your parcel, allowing you to choose your delivery preferences with them for convenience. If you have opted to have your item left in a safe place, should the item be lost, stolen or damaged we exclude this from our liability.

For items we have in stock, we aim to dispatch the next working day. We do our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally delivery can be late for reasons outside of our control.

Terms and Conditions

Many of our items are antique, therefore age and wear should be expected and condition will be provided in the item details, including any repairs. We do our best to give you accurate information about the item but we cannot guarantee an items age, origin or authenticity so we exclude this from our liability.

All items are appropriately treated (for example all of our wooden items are treated for woodworm regardless of it being present), and can be tailored to suit your needs in terms of their final finish. Where this is offered, the item will need to be purchased and paid for in full prior to work commencing. For larger items such as our playhouses a deposit is required per below.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of the products, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate so the colour on screen should not be relied on.

Returns and Cancellations

For our bespoke items, if you need to amend or cancel your order you may only do so up to 14 days after you have placed your order. After this time we reserve the right to charge you for costs incurred as a result of your amended or cancelled order.


Our bespoke playhouses start from £5,000 and we work to an agreed budget specified at the outset. A deposit of £1500 is required for the design process at which stage all materials are agreed. 50% of the agreed is required for the build of bespoke items, such as our playhouses. Full payment of the remaining balance is required prior to delivery.

We hope you will be pleased with any item purchased from us, but if you wish to return an item to us then we will aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. However the following conditions apply:

  • We must be informed of your intention to return goods within 14 days of receipt by email to info@wallgarden.co or in writing. Returned goods must be received by us within 21 days of receipt of the goods by the customer. Goods must be returned in the condition in which they were received, with all parts and packaging, and must not have been used in any way.

  • The customer will be responsible for selecting a suitable means of returning the goods to us and must ensure they are safely returned to us, taking out insurance if required. We are unable to refund postage costs.

  • Occasionally, in spite of our endeavour to package goods correctly, they may arrive damaged. In these cases, or in any other that occur through our fault, we are happy to exchange the goods for an alternative (where available) or offer you a full refund including the postage costs.

Bespoke items are excluded from our normal exchange policy as they were made or tailored specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once purchased.
